There isn't going to be a new gear. I doubt it. Show Luffy doesn't debut new moves out of nowhere. G2-3 he practiced before being forced to use them. G2 against Blueno and started to use G3 but then didn't need it and saved it for Lucci. G4 he came up with while training under Rayleigh, and Snakeman was clearly in the works since then as well, as Rayleigh already back then mentioned how base G4 is too slow and not every opponent can be hit with it. Luffy probably didn't see the point of it against Doflamingo because hitting Doflamingo wasn't an issue, having enough power was. Luffy just heard of CoC coating being a thing 5 minutes ago. It would be beyond ridiculous for him to have come up a whole other gear for using it. Would make you question what kind of a fucking snail's pace did Luffy train with Rayleigh when he's making more progress in 5 minutes than he did in 2 years. And it would be one hell of a coincidence if he had ideas for G5 that just magically happen to take advantage of using CoC.
