Book Now button on Facebook not working

If you want to have Facebook BOOK NOW button on your Facebook you need first have a page. You can’t have this button on your normal home feeds.

First set up the page. If you don’t have it one yet, go to the plus sign on the top right and press create a button.

2. Find the page option on dropped down menu.

3. After enter details about your service you will use promote on the page.

4. After created the page you will find the button “+ add a Button”

5. Go and press that button and new menu will pop up. Find ” Book Now” button.

6. Next pick the appointments on Facebook option.

7. Should windows pop up like image bellow.

8. Press “Next” and follow the instructions. First, they will ask you to set up your time availability.

9. Next there are the following options like appointment approval and double-booking. Adjust those by your preferences. If you use google calendar pick the Sync to google calendar option. If you will have some events in the google calendar, they will be synchronized with the Facebook appointments calendar and customers wouldn’t be allowed to book as events created in google will show up in the Facebook appointments.

10. Press “Next” and review your services. If you do not ready at that time you can skip this step.

11. Next add services.

12. After you finish press “Done”

13.Then you will be directed to the appointments calendar where you can add, delete, reschedule your appointments.

14. In the Appointments windows you have Appointments settings where you can adjust all your settings that you just setup. You can find as well the share boking link which you can insert and redirect to this booking page from any website or application.

15. After you finish press “Test Booking tool” button preview your booking page.

Why is my book now button not working on Facebook?

Unfortunately, Facebook no longer supports the Book Now button for our market. This means connecting Facebook's Book Now button to your Checkfront Booking page is no longer possible. As a work-around, you can add a Contact Us or Learn More button instead! Log in to Facebook and navigate to your Page.
