JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Kehadiran ponsel Redmi Note 5A di Indonesia segera disusul oleh "kembaran" ponsel tersebut yang memiliki spesifikasi lebih canggih, Redmi Note 5A Prime.

Xiaomi selaku pembuat Redmi Note 5A Prime bakal mulai memasarkan smartphone ini di pasaran Tanah Air pada 22 Januari mendatang, melalui kemitraan ekslusif dengan e-commerce Shopee.

Dengan banderol Rp 1,999 juta, harga Redmi Note 5A Prime berselisih Rp 500.000 lebih tinggi dari Redmi Note 5A yang dijual seharga Rp 1,5 juta.

Namun, jeroan Redmi Note 5A Prime juga lebih mumpuni dibandingkan dengan saudaranya. Selain itu Xiaomi turut membekali Redmi Note 5A Prime dengan fitur andalan berupa kamera selfie 16 megapiksel.

Kamera selfie dengan resolusi lebih tinggi dari milik Redmi Note 5A (5 megapiksel) ini diklaim bisa menangkap gambar berkualitas bagus di berbagai kondisi.

Kehadiran Redmi Note 5A Prime diumumkan bersama dengan seremoni tandatangan kerjasama strategis Xiaomi dan Shopee di Jakarta, Jumat (19/1/2018).
